Position: Shop Assistant
£12,25 –£12,50 per hour | 40 hours per week | Staff meal £9/day
We are looking for a passionate and reliable Shop Assistant to join our team!
About the Role
The Shop Assistant acts as our customers’ personal advisor, helping them choose the best products, operating the cash register, ensuring shelves are always fully stocked, and supporting basic cafeteria service. This is a dynamic role that requires excellent customer service and attention to detail.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assisting customers with product selection
- Keeping shelves stocked, clean, and well-presented
- Supporting cafeteria and coffee service
- Ensuring a high level of customer service at all times
- Maintaining store cleanliness and standards
CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS
- 6+ months of experience as a Sales Assistant (preferably in a food store)
- Good level of English
- Italian speaking is a plus
- Right to Work in the UK required
- Friendly, proactive, and customer-focused attitude
